Purchase of Battery Apr 10, 2010

I recently purchased a product through Amazon. The product was fine ,but the shipping was a problem. Amazon contacted the supplier upon my complaint. I paid for 2 day shipping and needed the product in 2 days. The supplier sent it USPS. It arrived 4 business days later. The supplier said they would refund the shipping. Not only did I not receive the product on time, something I could have received at another supplier, I have never received the refund promised.
