This battery is not a good choice for handicap scooters. I build my own here. The run time for a single use on "AGM" battery,is not near as good as a "GEL" battery.They will last as many months as a gel battery; but the number of hours of use before recharge is low .I think thats why there is a big difference in price. As for the sales person they where great! Very helpful in answering my questions.Its a matter of learning what battery will meet my needs best. GEL are still superior.

Was surprised to get the batteries as quickly as I did, 4 days! And they were fully charged. I was worried about them sitting too long and not taking a charge, but after attaching them to the charger, they were fully charged and I was able to use my chair immediately.
