This fully automatic deep-cycle charger is a 12 and 24-volt charger for deep-cycle batteries. Its 10-amps charge a deep-cycle battery in 7-11 hours and an automotive battery in 3-5 hours. It is fully automatic and will not overcharge the batteries. The manual override switch allows users to switch to manual operation for special applications.

Better than expected Jun 21, 2010

A friend of mine told me about this charger as I had purchased a fishing boat and it did not have an on board charger for the trolling motors. I found it to be as expected and have used it many times since purchasing. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a charging system that they do not want to install on board.

This product delivers as advertised. The instruction manual is easy to understand and clearly illustrated. I would recommend this battery charger to anyone looking for a good qualtiy charger at an resonable price.

I like this charger alot. I bought it as a back up to the one I bought years ago. You cann't find a 12/24 volt charger at this
price any more. It is the same brand I bought before & I never have had a minutes trouble with it. This was my 1st time ordering from
Amazon.com & it was a great experience. I got a great price on this item & the delivery was quick & I received the charger on the date
it was promised it was well packaged & in good shape.

Works great on 24 volt setting Oct 09, 2009
I bought this charger for my Genie Scissor lift when it's on board battery charger failed. It works great on 24 volt "automatic" setting. However, when I tried charging a 12 volt battery (on the 12 volt setting, of course), it would only charge on "manual". On the 12 volt "automatic" setting, the charge indicator would swing from 0 to 100% like a pendulum. The manual said this could be due to a severely discharged battery, but when I charge the battery with another charger an then attached this one, it did the same thing.

Since I mainly bought it for the 24 volt setting, I am happy with it. I have note had any problems with the handle that another reviewer mentioned.
