Brand new, out of the box, his non-OEM battery would not charge properly. It will not charge at all when Roomba is docked. The docked indicator light displays correctly but the charging light will not. The only way to charge this non-OEM battery is to plug the charger directly into Roomba, completely remove the battery and reinsert the battery several times until the charging indicator light displays correctly. This battery is much less expensive than an OEM battery but it's a major pain in the neck.

This battery works great for me. I don't know about 2A vs 3.3A - all i care is how long the charge lasts for operation, and mine is consistently over an hour so far - I've been using it once a week for about 6 weeks now.

Works. What can I say about a battery? Delivered on time, fits into the product, everything I would expect and nothing outstanding about it.

I first received this product and it worked ok but had an average run time and my first review reflected that. This second review is a follow up on that.
However, I will say that I am pleasantly surprised at the customer service of Iottie. They contacted me and were willing to ship free of charge a second battery for my Roomba.
So I will say I am impressed at the level of customer service from this company, it is not everyday that companies pay attention to their reviews and respond.
As far as the battery goes, since I just received the replacement, I dont know how this ones run time is, but I can give Iottie lot of credit for its willingness to make the customer happy.
Kudos Iottie.

Don't know how long this battery will last but as of now, it is charging quickly and powering the robot around my entire house which is approx. 1600 square feet.
