The battery is working fine but the tool is a bit hard to use, I broke one in order to open the case.

It was easy replacing the original Ipod battery. I don't think this battery lasts as long as the original but I get at least 4 hrs of mp3 playing now. Great replacement battery kit. You can watch how to videos online on how to replace the original battery. It's very useful because it's a bit tricky if you are not experienced handling delicate electronics.

The product is super easy, and I could not be happier to fix my ipod for $6. I had a little trouble getting the face plate off of the ipod with the tools given, but it eventually worked just fine. I did look up an instructional video on how to change the actual battery, but that was really easy to find.
I don't think anyone should ever let Apple change the battery on any ipod if it is this cheap and easy.

So far so good with this new battery, installation took 2 minutes. Just use the included tools to pop open the seam, carefully pry out the old battery, (it's glued to the case), put the new one in its place, charge it up and you're all set to go.

I received this iPod battery replacement and promptly installed it. After installing it I got the same message I had before: "Please Wait. Very Low Battery". Very upset about the bad battery, I went to the webpage and tried to find an e-mail address to speak to a representative. I tried the only e-mail address present on the webpage and I got a quick response back saying that the account does not receive e-mails. All in all, a waste of my money.
