I charged this battery when it arrived until it was fully charged. It needs to be re-charged after every phone call. It is not what I expected. It is very inconvenient.

The so called "compatible" battery was too large to fit my phone and I had to force it in the battery cradle and now I can't get it out of the cradle. This new battery will not hold a charge for more then a few days as compared to my original battery which lasted for a week. My advice is not to buy a compatible, but to only buy an original.

Battery was not available locally. Looked on line and selected the one that was exactly like the one in the phone. Arrived within a few days and worked perfectly.

I ordered these about 4 months ago. My Panasonic phones would last about 12hrs when not used and only 20mins when used before needing to be recharged. The new batteries now give me normal life. I haven't measured it but I get many days of stand-by and over 3hrs of talk time. I had no trouble with them charging fully the first time I charged them.
