The headset works great for my husband. We both enjoy the freedom of being able to glug it into the phone, slide the phone into a shirt pocket, and lose the burden of the handset. We both agree the headset is light and has enough grip to stay on without pinching. He has used it for long "tech" calls and the headset didn't develope a hotspots. Here is where we differ. My husband says the microphone is very sensitive so placement and background noise is a consideration as it is with most headsets. I say the microphone is not sensitive enough and I cannot be heard when calling into meetings that are using a speaker phone. One on one calls are just fine.

The pluses
+ Good audio quality
+ Good build quality
The minuses
- Short headband, not expandable much. If you have a large head, this product is not for you. Reduced a star for this.
- Painful on the non-audio side. Wish Panasonic had spared a couple of cents extra to put in some padding. Reduced another star for this.
- Costly
Overall, I'm happy with the quality, though padding on the non-audio side would have made life a little less miserable.

Good value. I use this everyday and the sound quality is very good. Fits well and is comfortable to wear. This suited my needs very well.

I work from home and on the phone for about 6-8 hours per day. I have tried many different headsets for cordless phones and this one is the best I have found under $50. The Panasonic KX-TCA60 was ok but is not tight enough on the head and therefore can't tolerate much movement without falling off my head. The KX-TCA400 fits nice and snug and there are no worries about it falling off or having to be constantly adjusted. For under $20 it can't be beat.

Decent sound quality. Works with Pan KX-TG6672B handsets perfectly. The product should last, if it under normal use conditions. No complaints.
