Excellent for the Average Home User, and Small Contractor Jul 29, 2010 I have used this drill for everything from very small to medium size home "DIY" projects & repairs. Each time, it has performed above & beyond the call of duty. I have no gripes whatsoever, and highly recommend it. It is relatively compact, charges quickly, and is well-balanced in my hands.
If you make a living doing things with drills (ie, contractor, etc.), then I don't know how it will hold up under constant heavy use. But, for general home user use, including building several large wooden structures on my property (for example a large wooden playset, a workbench, etc.), it has been excellent.
Pleased as a set-screw Jul 10, 2010 Cant beat this driver. Powerful and light weight. Sturdy, and fairly compact. Only missing item is a small illuminating light for dark/tight spot while using.
Shipping was quick, and painless. Very satisfied.
great tool Jun 23, 2010 This is my second one of these drills the last one I had for 6 years a long time for a cordless tool that gets used by a finish carpenter everyday. The amazing thing is how long the batteries last. Other brands of cordless tools I've had, the batteries won't hold a charge after about a year and a half. After 6 years my batteries in my old Panasonic drill are still holding a charge I tried them in my new drill when it came in and they worked fine it was the drill that finally gave up. It's alittle pricey for a 15 volt drill but I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Excellent! May 30, 2010 My old drills, 18 volt, were never real balls of fire, but I considered them quite adequate until this one. Now I'm rather ashamed to sell the old ones or even give them away. They seem SO anemic now.
I LIKE it!

Great cordless drill/screwdriver for home projects! Mar 03, 2010 I have owned several brands of cordless drill but have never been real impressed with the torque, or battery life. This Panasonic has more torque, is smaller and more compact, and has tremendous battery life. It is now my favorite tool. I have been recommending Panasonic to my neighbors. I never did that with any of the other brands.
