I have ages weating to buy this filtere to my Lumix L1 but always put other things above in the list, but I got what I found a very good deal by around $99 so I did't thought twise. The problem if any, was I found myself wonder, why did't I buy this filter before, I messed lots of oportunities, actualy I have not time to trip and that's hurting me.
That's my experience. I recomend this filter to any L1 or 72mm filter mount lens as any good PL filter, don't weat no more buy one now!

It fits. I'm using this in conjunction with my DMZ L1K. Although I've yet to use this to take pictures through the glare of water - e.g., fishing pix - I have used it for 100s of outdoor shots and find no discernible difference.
For example, I was having trouble taking detailing pix of buttercups and presumed that the glare of the sun was washing out all of the details, but the filter made no difference there nor with Apple blossoms.
It seems enormously expensive. Be careful it's screwed in properly I already dropped it once and almost had a heart attack before it hit the hard wood floor - but it didn't break
