So I just received today my so called NEW Battery. Well first of all my battery holds only a 30 to 40 minute battery charge no more then that. Ive left the battery charging half of day and still does not hold charge. I dont understand how Seller puts battery as new, but yet this battery is no good. I tried getting in contact with sellers. Im not looking for a refund, just want a replacement of a new working unit as this is what i payed for. Can I get a email sent to me to get a replacement battery? Maybe then I would give a better review as I am very dissapointed after looking so forward to receiving this package today.

My original Dell battery 'reached the end of it's useful life'. I ordered and received this product as my new battery. The new battery did not hold a charge any longer than my original - bad - battery did. They both lasted about 45 minutes.

I contacted SIB. I informed them that I had an 85Wh dell battery. The still insisted that their 49Wh battery would last just as long as my original battery and is a direct replacement.

After paying $8 to ship my new battery back to them I received another new battery. It is even worse than the first. I can only use the computer for about 20 minutes on a full charge now.

I would recommend that you do not buy this product!!
