The battery puts out full power and operates my drill to it's intended use. When it's recharged it continues to put out full power. I am vtry pleased with purchase and highly recommend it.

When both of my original Makita drill batteries failed, I finally decided to get two new batteries. Makita brand batteries are outrageously priced. Amazon has several companies that make compatible batteries for much less money. SO... I ordered one battery from Amazon that is the original looking gray-black battery, then ordered a different one because it's red. So it's easier to keep track of charging and use on a project... Black battery first, Red for reserve battery. The red battery cost a bit less than the gray-black, but they both fit, charge and run my Makita perfectly.
Ordered on the same day, both arrived on the same day, both packed similarly. All this, plus shipping, for less money than getting one Makita battery from a local hardware store. Thanks Amazon!

I charged one time an used on a small job, placed in the rack and came back battery completely dead. Battery would not take a charge. Contacted sales folks and another replacement I think is on its way. Hopefully this will be a good one.Contact from sales folks was prompt.
I have purchase from this company before and have had good results.
Update..
3/31 I received a new battery from the seller as stated and it appears to function correctly.

My batteries were toast and I had to get 10 sheets up over an old horse hair plaster ceiling. I received this battery quickly and had it charged over night. Saved me half the cost of the original manufacturer and probably got to me even faster too. I have recharged a few times since and it's still going strong.
