This was my first purchase from Amazon. I puchased a battery for a laptop for a friend who had been looking for a replacement because the old battery would not keep a charge. My order was very fast to arrive, even before I thought it would. Just a few days. It works great and cost much much less then if it had been puchased from the computer manufature. Thanks and keep up the great savings.

don't let the low price fool you. It was compatible with my Inspiron 6000 laptop, but died after about 6 months.

Battery ordered as replacement for Dell Inspiron 9300. Charged fully first time, but drained in 1hr 20 minutes. On the next cycle, max charge only went to 60%, and battery drained in 32 minutes. Same thing on third cycle. Now battery won't charge past 20%. Not sure of next steps; use a Dell-branded battery?

My laptop battery had gotten to the point where it lasted for only a few hours. Got this replacement battery on amazon and now I can go for a few hours between charges. Expensive, but necessary!
