Much less expensive than buying through Dell, but works great. Product arrived promptly and customer service was very helpful - eager to please.

Great price (much cheaper than Dell). Reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a problem that may or may not be caused by the battery. When I try to power on, I get a series of yellow LED flashes, then nothing. When I try again, it boots up fine. I wish there was a way to verify voltage during powerup without taking the laptop cover off, but it's such a minor issue I can live with it. Customer service is very eager to please, but one of the things they suggested is to contact Dell, and everyone knows how much trouble and expense that is!!! As I said, the problem seems to be one I can live with, and at this point I can't tell if it's caused by the battery.

I bought one from one of the market place sellers on amazon about 6-months ago, and it continues to work fine in My Dell C600. Much better than paying Dell $150!
