Compared to manufacturers battery, this generic was approximately half the cost, as well as having a higher MAH capacity. Shipment arrived within about 3 days of order. Have been well pleased with performance of battery in my Compaq Presario 700 Series Laptop. Would highly recommend to anybody!

I was very satisfied with the battery that I purchased. The price was the best and it works great. I like that I recieved extra instructions regarding taking care of a laptop battery to insure that I get a full 1000 hours of use from it. Shipping seemed to take quite a while, but a good battery at a good price was worth the wait.

this is my 4th notebook computer and probably my 8th battery for them. i've never had a good experience buying battery replacements because they don't always hold the charge like when they were new. my last one lasted perhaps only 6 months. even when 'new' & fully charged, it held the charge only for about an hour. but this time, buying the battery from Amazon directly, was well worth the slightly higher price. the battery fully chaged, lasts about 2 hours. highly encourage you to buy from Amazon directly...

After accepting my order the company never responded to inquiries and did not ship the product. This wasted days of my valuable time/productivity. Will probably not order such products from overseas retaillers again. Live and learn....
