Not a viable battery Jan 14, 2011
By ....dp The battery pictured is not the battery I received. The genuine stinger battery has both negitive and positive contacts on the same end of the battery, as pictured. What I received did not have the negitive contact plate so I was unable to charge the battery once installed in the flashlight. This may have been an oversite on the seller's supply side picker. All this resulted in repackaging and a trip to UPS for the return of this item. I will not buy from this dealer again because of the extra trouble involved for a simple battery purchase. By the way, this seller went to the trouble of affixing a lable to the battery that infers it is a genuine streamlight battery. Not a good business practice.

Garbage Feb 10, 2011
By tsbissey These batteries are complete garbage. They are shown as actual Streamlight batteries, but they are generic junk from China. They are not made the same as the Streamlight batteries. They do not work in the flashlight or the charger. Don't waste the money on these.

Don't make this mistake Apr 12, 2011
By Bigguy6907 After market Streamlight batteries don't work with Streamlight products. Streamlight batteries are specially constructed to have both positive and negative battery connections at one end. After market batteries don't seem to know this. The battery I was sent is useless. If I had purchased from a Streamlight dealer, the cost would have been almost equal. Don't make this mistake. Buy from a Streamlight dealer.

NOT Genuine Streamlight Batteries Sep 25, 2010
By E. Solis
"senor awesome"
Although original Streamlight batteries are pictured for this product, these are not OEM parts. The ad for these batteries is misleading since they show genuine Streamlight batteries, use "Streamlight" in the wording and use the original part number. They do seem to fit well in my flashlights and they took a charge without a problem. I have yet to field test these batteries but from what other reviewers have said they should work well.

Wrong battery Feb 18, 2011
By J. M. O'Neill
"Jim O"
They shipped me the wrong battery. The contacts were not even close to the shape of the OEM. I had to send it back and find somewhere to purchase the OEM which I did.
