BATTERY CAME IN DEAD. TRIED TO GET HOLD OF THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES, NO RETURN CALL. SPOKE WITH AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME TO GO ONLINE AND RETURN IT. EASIER SAID THEN DOWN, FOR ME. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT BE PURCHASING THROUGH AMAZON ANY LONGER,

I've had a Coleman Rechargeable Quick Pump for a few years that gets lots of camping use with the Cub Scouts (I'm very popular around bedtime :). After quite a bit of use (and being plugged in for probably too long) the battery stopped taking a charge. I didn't want to trash an otherwise perfectly-working air pump so I did a little research and found that this one could be swapped in (I bought mine from eComElectronics through Amazon). It took just a couple of minutes to swap in and it was even charged when I got it (helpful because we were headed to the woods that afternoon). The pump is as good as it was when it was new--significantly more powerful than I remember it being over the last year or so. I'm sorry it didn't work out for the other reviewer, but I give it two thumbs up!

I just wanted to confirm an earlier review that this battery is a perfect fit for the Coleman Rechargeable Quick Pump. My battery died and I thought it was ridiculous that coleman wanted me to just buy an entirely new pump. Cracked open the unit, removed the old battery, put this one in and it works perfectly again. Thanks to the earlier reviewer for mentioning their experience, it's why I bought this product and I'm very happy with the results.

This battery was used as a replacement in a security system and worked great. Full readout and it was able to cycle correctly after a charge and discharge. Not a lot to say, it just works as it should.

I was forced by the local fire dept. to replace the backup batteries of the exit lights in my office. The batteries arrived promptly and were simple to install. They appear to work, but I guess time will tell how long they will last.
