I ordered two of these filters in January 2008. There was a slight delay in shipping, however, Filters Now called me to explain the reason. The filters I received worked excellent in my Panasonic air cleaner. I will be reordering today (March 1, 2009) and expect no shipping delays. By ordering two at a time, the shipping cost is $4.00 per filter. I have been very satisfied with the service I received from Filters Now and with the filters.
