Ordered on Thursday AM and received two batteries by USPS on Saturday PM (shipped from NYC to SoCal beach city). Very impressed with how quickly it was put in the mail (also impressed with USPS service).
I have run a short test to see if the batteries are well behaved. They are. Results can be seen at:

plain and simple so far so good ... holds a charge has power to spare.... economical alternative to the replacement from the original manufacturer at almost half the price .... good deal

Don't hesitate to purchase this product. Works as well as the original battery. When the other battery goes out, completely, I'll get another one of these. Excellent value for the price and I get extended use from one of the best power tools in my collection. Why purchase a new cordless drill when you can have a like-new product for the purchase of a battery at 1/4 the cost.

Ordered the new battery to replace my old Dewalt 14.4v battery and the new one works great !! It even seems to last long between charges than the original. Will definitely order form here again!

so far this battery is performing as you would expect a new one to. the price was excellent, so if it keeps performing, i'd say it is a bargain.
